Task: Execute Agreed Support WIP And Tickets Take-On Actions
The purpose of this task is to execute the agreed Support WIP And Tickets take-on. The progress on these tickets must be tracked as agreed and relevant stakeholders should be kept informed.

Main Description

The WIP Lead must ensure the Service Delivery Teams undertake the agreed activities to transfer the active service and tickets from the Client/ iincumbent as per the agreed governance including the Responsibility Matrix For Support WIP and activities defined in the take-on plan.

 

Where Capgemini has responsibility for loading and / or validating open items and tickets, the WIP Lead must ensure Capgemini has the appropriate level of access to the existing service desk tools as required.

 

The progress on these tickets are tracked and monitored with the help of the Support WIP Active Service Tracker to aid reporting.
